More About Jason
Jason Noriega is the Vice President of Experience for Christie's International Real Estate Sereno’s Los Gatos office. When agents first meet him, they frequently have questions about his title, and he’s quick to explain it’s intended to shift from the perception that he “manages” the office to the reality that he supports and encourages the nearly 125 agents in our growing Los Gatos–based office. “You don’t work for me,” he says, “I work for you.” His goal is to provide the highest-level experience for our agents and their clients as they navigate the ever-changing real estate industry.
Jason’s leadership style is built on a foundation of 24-plus years in real estate. He’s uniquely qualified to mentor our agents because he’s walked in their shoes. Jason started his career in loans at Innovest Corp., then moved into sales at Prudential California Realty, Alain Pinel Realtors, and Christie's Sereno. Working with buyers and sellers, he was known for his intuition, creative problem-solving skills, and personable approach as he completed over 500 transactions.
Building community within the office and company remains Jason’s priority. “We’re independent contractors, though we’re really ‘interdependent’—we’re always better together,” he says. Jason takes a vested interest in the well-being of each agent, not just their production, and he offers his time and energy to help individuals grow and thrive in all areas of their lives—as agents, spouses, parents, and members of their communities.
Originally from San Jose, Jason values the office’s hyper-local presence and the sense of connectedness that runs through the culture of the company. He and his wife are raising their two young kids in Campbell, where they are active in their church and Jason regularly plays piano/keyboards in the band. Jason has also served on the board of directors for Momentum for Health, which offers individuals comprehensive mental health services, since 2011. Personally and professionally, he is passionate about helping others reach their potential and fully participate in life.
